The focus of SkillsDA is on expanding the knowledge and culture of cybersecurity and safety, especially in youth and teenagers. To further extend this initiative, it is important to make inroads directly with students in colleges, universities as they are the voice of tomorrow. In addition, it is pivotal for students to gain experience of the market and attain a business sense while earning some benefits along the way.
So who is a SkillsDA Campus Ambassador?
Campus Ambassadors act as the connection between the company and their university. You will be the primary contact between SkillsDA and the student community on your campus. Every communication SkillsDA makes with your peers will flow through you, which makes your job that much more important. On top of this, there are several benefits included for the ambassadors.
SkillsDA Campus Ambassador – What do we Expect
Spread Awareness
The primary task of any Campus Ambassador is to spread awareness about the company on their college/university campus. You, as SkillsDA Ambassadors will have a similar role to play
Students to Trainees
You will also be responsible for making your peers aware of the various training courses run by SkillsDA and enrol them for the same.
Organize Events
SkillsDA conducts a plethora of awareness webinars and events to curb growing Cyber Crimes in colleges/universities. We will need all your help in making sure the event goes smoothly
Provide Internships
Yes, you read it right!! As our Ambassador, you will have special privilege to nominate people for internships with SkillsDA and its partners.
Active Social Media
Every message today can be effectively disemminated through social media. We need you to be active on all Social Media platforms and spread the word
Ethical Behavior
In addition to being an Ambassador for SkillsDA, we want you to be ambassadors for ethics. Every indsutry needs it and college is the place to begin
Exclusive ID Card and Certificate
As part of the welcome kit, you will receive an ID Card with an exclusive SkillsDA Campus Ambassador Number which will help us distinguish you from your peers. At the end of the program, you will also receive a certificate for your efforts.
Special Access to SkillsDA Events and Courses
Being an SkillsDA Campus Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to attend many top-level events which are usually closed for general populace. You will extend your reach directly to top CISOs and CEOs from the industry.
Internships with SkillsDA and Partners
You will have the privilege of getting to front of the line when it comes to Internships with SkillsDA and our Partners. In addition, you can nominate up to 5 people for internships as well
Complimentary Certification
SkillsDA in partnership with ISAC and AICTE and other agencies is developing Ethical Workforces all across the country. Being a SkillsDA Campus Ambassador, you will receive a FREE Youth leadership award and Cyber Warrior for Safe society Certification
SkillsDA Campus Ambassadors Network
Once chosen to be a SkillsDA Campus Ambassador, we will incorporate you into the Exclusive Club of SkillsDA Campus Ambassadors from all across India. Use this to expand your own reach and network.
So how is my performance assessed?
– Your performance will be based on the number of activities you successfully perform while being SkillsDA Campus Ambassador
– You will also get points for the number of friends you refer from other colleges/universities for this program
– You will also be expected to fill out a form at the end of your tenure detailing the number of outreach efforts, events organized and the efforts you put in spreading information about SkillsDA in your institution and social media network
– Based on the performance you will be rewarded for your efforts

Who all can apply for the program?
Anyone who meets the following criteria:
- Above 18 years of age
- Currently enrolled in any UGC / AICTE recognized college/university all across India
How do I apply? What are the next steps after applying?

What is the selection criteria?
What is the duration of the program? Are there any minimum hours I need to contribute every week?
The total duration of your position as SkillsDA Campus Ambassador will last for 6 months. There is no minimum requirement for contributing hours till the time you are completing the targets assigned to you.
Will SkillsDA support me in activities and campaigns I organize?
That is a resounding YES!! As a Campus Ambassador, you are our representative and any activity or campaign we plan, you will be there to execute it. More so, if you have some ideas, you can always communicate with us and we can always make them happen. Let your entrepreneurial instincts run afar.
Can I reapply for the program after completion of 6 months?
That will depend on which category you fall in after completion of the program. If you are a proven Campus Ambassador, your tenure will be automatically renewed and you have the choice to take it or leave it. You will also have the opportunity to move up the ladder in your Zone or State.
